Hi, I'm LIEN. I'm a self-taught multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer based in Germany.

My music lives somewhere between progressive rock and atmospheric alternative rock, but is ultimately shaped more by my instincts and sense of aesthetic than by genre. At its core, it is about musical experimentation, breaking traditions and telling a good story.

I often tend to write music based on dark and unconventional themes, and explore the space between intense cinematic sections and moments of fragility.

I currently study Bachelor of Music at the University of Music and Theater — Rostock in Germany, and I keep myself busy by creating music, and sharing the love that I have for it, through performing and teaching.
